Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an business leader and intellectual. He established Social Discovery Group, an global technological organization with central office in Malta, and partially owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he founded the SDG Arts Foundation.
He has earned a PhD in philosophical research and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
